Cls Lawn & Landscaping

We hired CLS to do leaf removal services for our front and back yard at the rate of $68/man per hour and told that 3 men would arrive on site to complete the job. Only 2 men were observed on site for a job that took 45 mins. We brought this up to the office upon completion so that would would not be charged for the 3rd man as originally stated. The lady we spoke with on the main number was rude and unpleasant when trying to state the issue. She promptly put us on the phone with Chris who proceeded to tell us we were wrong and that 3 men had clocked in and that perhaps we simply didn't see one of them. We hired cls to do the tree and lawn service etc. October 2018. After 8 months, all new grass died out. A big tree was left out of removal scope and were never credited back to us, that's about $800. Then we found the rain drain pipe was burried too shallow and became exposed on ground and hence crushed. We called CLS 3 times at least for these issues and were never replied nor resolved. very disappointed.

Top notch lawn care and landscaping service. Not some guy with a rake, grass-seed and lawnmower in the back of his pickup.
