CLT - Daily Deck East

So far from terminal. Agent’s snooty. Over paid for car. They would not rebook at lower fare and refund difference. Car was dirty, needed alinement & tire balance. Checking clerk super arrogant and rude. Budget staff needs retraining on customer service

CLT is notorious for poor parking experience but they still manage to do worse. It is the most controlled parking anywhere. They want you to pay in advance with a lousy app that doesn't scan at the stations and too few shuttles. The employees working it are great, but the entire system is flawed at the administrative level.

You'll notice reviews are not allowed for the hourly deck! Be careful when making a reservation for the hourly deck - I have had 2 instances of the QR code not being recognized and no-one answering the help button, so I had to pull a ticket or miss my flight. Then you have to pay the ticket to get out on top of the payment for the pre-booked slot. Multiple letters and emails to resolve get totally ignored - they just don't care once they have your money. Bit of a scam going on with the parking people! If the QR code doesn't work - block the lane until they come and help you - if you pull a ticket, they will charge you twice and keep both payments!..

Great facility. Usually you can find a spot for parking your car. Frequent shuttle service to airport is also available. Very safe since security makes frequent round and so does CMPD as well. Overall, I am very satisfied! I do recomnend this to others! A+

Reservations required, which makes it difficult if your travel plans are variable. Frequently have trouble getting out of the exit gates when leaving. Elevators have been broken the last two trips.
