The service was excellent. I called in in the morning and they were able to send a technician in the afternoon. This was right after the peak of the cold spell in January. The technician was very sharp and easy to work with. The part that failed was an aquastat. The old parts were not available and required a new version. As expected, the manufacture increased the parts price with the new aquastat. Overall was a really good service call. Walton's has always been extremely responsive with boiler and fuel issues.

We contracted with Walton for a new boiler and a new oil tank. Two relatively big jobs, bringing in(new) and taking out(old) some big and heavy equipment. The technicians were super friendly, super efficient, and very clean in their work. My family and I are thrilled with everything that has transpired, start to finish. We love the new unit. No more concerns now about a system failure…..I’ll be sleeping much better now!

Arron and Matthew arrived at my home to install the new heater promptly. They worked efficiently and explained what the process would be. They answered all my questions, were professional and did a fantastic job. I trusted them completely. Finding a company that you can trust with your heating system is like finding a great mechanic who is honest. I am so happy with the job they did that I've signed up as an ongoing customer. This company cares about its customers and the customer service they provide. They are amazing!

Horrible company that likes to take advantage of vulnerable people. In Oct, I had someone come out to fill my oil. The previous owner of my home used Walton, so I decided to stick with them. They came and inspected my tank and filled my oil without issues. They told me that I should consider replacing my oil tank as it’s the original one so quite old and it’s a horizontal tank which isn’t efficient. They told me itd cost around $7,000, but its nothing urgent- just something to think about. I told them I’d consider it in 2026, because I can’t spend that much money right now as my husband has recently become disabled and is in ICU. Well fast forward to a few months later, it’s time to refill my oil. I call and schedule the fill without issues. Well few minutes later I get a call back, saying

We’ve been customers for 3 years now and always receive exceptional and prompt service. I want to commend and thank the serviceman from Walton who came out in a blizzard today to service our propane. He had to trudge through the snow in our yard in order to do so. Walton always goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs.
