Clyde's Roofing

Clyde’s did a horrible job on my roof and gutters, did not complete the job, did not meet their contract, and have never called me back. They are also NOT BBB certified. I do not recommend any of their services. I signed a contract with Clyde’s on 6/9/2023 to have my gutters and roof replaced. They told me my roof was next on the list. I called them for 6 months and they finally showed up to do my roof on 12/13/2023. On 12/26/2023, I started calling to let them know there were issues with the work. They have never called back. I’ve had multiple roofing contractors inspect the work and create estimates. They all agree the workmanship is very shoddy and I should take legal action. JUST DON'T DO IT!!!! 8 months paid in full and things are still not right. 6/16/22 UPDATE, These issues were finally address and everything completed today 6/17/22 New update after getting my ladder and looking at what they did yesterday. Thought they just cut this piece a little short, well it was a lot short and not even nailed in. I am 100% done with these people and will be calling an actually professional company to come out. Very poor craftsmanship.

Worst experience ever! After a simple roof repair, roof was left with visible nail holes and gaps that didn’t exist prior. Calls were not returned and promises to call back or show up never did happen. Eventually had to get another company to fix the mess Clyde’s created. Calls for refund went unreturned as well. Stay far away from this shady company and use someone else.

Terrible terrible customer service. Took them forever to come out. There was an issue with the roof while under warranty and they would not return calls would not come out would not let me speak with the owner And I finally got hold of the office. They never ever returned the call or came back out. Had to hire an outside company to come with the repair. Would not honor warranty Or even respond to my call. Find someone else to do your work. Reported them to Better Business Bureau.

They responded quickly to my online inquiry for an estimate and to schedule the repair services. They were also very professional and quick to repair the siding and gutters for us today before the storm arrived in out area.
