Mike and his team at C&M did an excellent job replacing my roof. Start to finish the process took less than two weeks from consultation to a completely replaced roof. Mike and his team were processional, efficient and answered any questions I had. This company is top notch and will definitely use them again.

C&M Roofing installed a new roof on my home in Milton, DE using all GAF roofing products in 2024. The installation included a power roof vent. In less than one year, the motor in the power roof vent failed. I have emailed them, called, texted and mailed a letter. No response. Unsure if they are still in business but I would not use C&M Roofing to do any work on my house. Their roofing warranty is worthless. Regardless of what they may say, they are NOT a GAF Certified Roofing Contractor.

Horrible customer service. Refused to uphold the 10 year warranty for a leaking roof and never sent a repair person for scheduled appointment. They ignore phone messages and even hung up on the one time someone did answer. I would recommend ANY OTHER COMPANY beside C and M

Experience with C&M was great. We were on a short timeline to add edge drip flashing to an existing roof as part of a home sale process. Communication with Mike and the team was excellent and they were very speedy to help get us a quote and perform the job. Pricing was very fair; 2nd best of 5 quotes we received. Installation looks great. Highly recommended if you need roofing services in Delaware.
