I wanted my interior painted and my unfinished basement finished before we move in. I met with Silas and Michael and together came up with a plan and a price that fit my budget. They didn't cut corners and 30 days after closing we moved in. The work they did exceeded my expectations everything was wonderful. They paid attention to details were punctual, neat and attentive when answering questions. They even brought in a cleaning crew to make sure that my new home was move in ready. BUYER BEWARE. Just like the first review stated, they do bad quality work and are not honest. Mike, the owner, a "General Contractor" is aggressive, unprofessional and the quality of work from his subs is pretty awful. Want uneven ceilings? Failed inspections? Than this jerk is for you. He bid on the project like he knew what he was talking about. Once he wouldn’t or couldn’t produce a design/plan for the basement remodel project, I should’ve known this was going to go south. He barely checked in or showed up on site. His subcontractor was also pissed at him because he felt abandoned. The overall timeliness of the project was blown by 3 months and he had the nerve to blame me. He is jerking me around and not wanting to finish the job. A tree fell and hit the house I am renting. My landlord hired this company and they did great work. They repaired the roof, gutters, replaced the kitchen and painted inside and out. They also helped me with the insurance claim on my car. I would recommend them to everyone

I hired CMC services to finsih a deck that we had out back. I had another company that started it but for many reasons we wanted to end that relationship before they did anything else. My aunt referred me to CMC in hoping they could help. Not only did they do a GREAT job but they finished ahead of schedule. I’d definitely refer them.
