CMM is an extremely professional, family owned company. They are amazing on how quickly they have their team come out and service your Cesspool and piping needs. I was very happy with their service and pricing was appropriate. The service technician was very down to earth and made sure to address all my questions and concerns without rushing. CMM Cesspool Services is extremely proficient in their work, they came to my house right away and were so professional. Drivers were friendly and were able to answer all of the questions my husband and I had. Robyn in the office was extremely knowledgeable and was very calm and understanding in a stressful situation! CMM did a GREAT JOB at my home! Their workers are competent and HONEST. I had a sink hole in my front lawn and thought something really terrible had happened with my cesspool. The CMM team shoveled out the sink hole and found an underground sprinkler leak over the cesspool to be the culprit. The CMM guys fixed it for me and filled the hole back up! I would definitely call CMM again if I have a cesspool problem. (They were also two very nice guys)

I chose CMM for my emergency septic tank pumping because Robyn, who took my call, was very pleasant and professional. She detailed the costs for the service (nothing was hidden) and assured me that they would have a truck at my home that same morning. I will continue to use CMM because the service was top-notch. The serviceman (I believe his name was Jose) understood the problem, explained what needed to be done, both immediately to fix the problem and in the future to prevent recurrences of the problem. After pumping the septic tank he made sure that there were no restrictions in the waste lines from the house and that wastewater was flowing freely from every toilet and shower.
