Large turn over in paint shop, though the paint department has been in place for a yr+, Management is all back ward. Little to no training is provided in the application of a hammer tone paint and very little is on line about the application process. Hammer tone is a process were the metal looks hammered. According to sites online hammer tone is mostly used as a powder because as a wet application it tend's to run. There's a new vks system that has been installed to make work "easier" . The system has little to no information on cleaning correctly , painting and masking application's thus slow progress while waiting for someone to show you how to enter correct our false information just to get it to work.The shop is lacking in proper and or correct equipment and space.
