I highly recommend CMR construction and Roofing for the repair work they did on our storm damaged roof and gutter. The process form start to finish was smooth and easy. From Vinnie Guyarre in Sales to Nina Detore, the service manager to Michael Gomez and Nick Seaholn the actual repairmen this company is top notch. They followed their time line, gave us a more than fair price and the work looks great. I’m actually happy we had such a hard time finding a company to do the work because this place was fabulous.

Mike Gomez came out to fix a roof leak. He was terrific! Totally professional, respectful of the property and knowledgeable about the issue. He also wanted to make sure it was fixed and returned to test it and finish the repairs. Perfect job, cleaned up the area and very polite to me. I’d hire this guy to work for me. He was great.

I want to commend two CMR staff who have been very helpful in resolving a recent issue of ours. CMR replaced our roof after hurricane Ian, and the construction crew left an unsightly pile of construction debris and spare tiles at the side of the house. No one ever returned to clean it up. I finally sent a message to the CMR website requesting this be taken care of. Karla and Nina from CMR Marketing got back to me quickly and in no time at all a CMR truck with trailer arrived at our house and cleaned it up. Thank you Karla and Nina.

Crew that did the roof to deliver, place materials ,install and clean up did an excellent job. The coordinator Kristin Lyden also excellent in follow up and working through the job.
