I am extremely satisfied with the air conditioning service provided today. The two technicians who came to my home were outstanding from start to finish. They were punctual, respectful, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. They took the time to clearly explain what they were doing, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Their attention to detail and knowledge gave me great confidence in the quality of their work. It’s not easy to find technicians who are both skilled and genuinely courteous, but these two exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC service. Thank you for such excellent service!

Where do I begin, from the initial conversation with CMR, I knew this was a very good decision that I made to have my heat pump/furnace repaired. Kyle’s team was able to come early and quickly diagnose the issue with complete respect for me and my property. He explained everything in detail in a manner that I understood. Sometimes, the ratings doesn’t reflect the actual performance and quality of services or products. I will be brutally honest, I have extremely high standards and expectations of a business that I choose to affiliate with and AMR exceeded those standards by a margin that is unmeasurable. The CMR crew arrived early and completed my semi-annual HVAC inspection quickly and professionally. The CMR employees are friendly and respectful. They renewed my annual contract at a reasonable price.

CRM Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job replacing our gas water heater. The technician was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and with great care—and the price was very fair compared to other quotes we received. We’re extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend CRM for anyone needing reliable and affordable HVAC or water heater work!

Sorry to give such a low score, but this time I can't help not to. I've had this company out to my business three times! The first time though a little costly they were able to get the job done! And just like all older HVAC systems they're going to need some parts here and there or some troubleshooting to be fixed. The second time they came out they quoted me a price and repair cost for my unit to be fixed, somewhere in a $2200 range, I decided to get a second opinion, the gentleman I hired for the job came out and gave me a price of $150 only to fix the issue. He also told me that the part CMR told me that needed to be fixed was not the issue. Unfortunately that gentleman moved away from the area or so I thought? Fast forward a year and I begin to have problems with the unit again. I cont
