After attempting to get on my and repair myself I thought better of it and called CMS roofing in the early afternoon to see if I could get ahead of the next rain storm. I was very pleased with the communication and follow up from Beverly. The work was scheduled for the following morning with just an uploading photo of the damage. An estimate was provided before I agreed to the service. All communication was done by text, email, and phone calls. Expedited service at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this business.

I called Mike, the owner, directly on his mobile phone number, which he answered right away, and he came out to my house the next day to look at my lifetime pipe boots I had installed in May 2024 when his crew replaced my roof. I really appreciate the special trip he made to my house in order to answer my questions. I want to also mention that I watched his crew install my new roof in May, and besides doing excellent work, they are all very polite, very professional, and very hardworking, even in the heat. I have included progress pics of the roofing job, so you can see the excellent materials and workmanship for yourself. You can see in the pics that they used tarp on the ground to catch the debris for easy cleanup. For all the reasons I’ve mentioned, I highly recommend CMS Roofing.

I have been using CMS Roofing for years from repairs to a new roof install on a vacation home in Charleston repairs were done in Chapin and I couldn’t be happier. This is a great family business. Mike and Dlynn are always available even when I call even on Saturdays!

I live Dovefield Condominiums West of the Ashley. Today our building’s roof was replaced and gutters were installed. The installers arrived promptly at 7am and worked the entire day putting up our new shingles and gutters. The installers covered our entrances with a large tarp and made sure to move items that could potentially be damaged during installation. They worked until the sun went down, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Best Christmas gift ever! Thank you CMS Roofing for a job well done.

CMS Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The materials used were high quality and they provided an excellent warranty on materials and workmanship. The crew kept the area neat. This was a concern because I have two dogs. When they were finished, they went around the entire area with a metal detector to pick up any nails. The pricing was competitive. The roof looks fantastic! Mike promised me he would be there on day one to check a few areas of concern before they started. Sure enough, there he was on top of the roof with his crew instructing them. I highly recommend CMS Roofing.
