Whatever you do don’t use CN brown energy Ossipee. It’s cheaper than other companies but the prices reflect their poor customer service. 1. Couldn’t sign up online, had to drive to the office to sign up (30 minutes away) prior to them getting with the times and creating online accounts 2. First delivery was supposedly scheduled. They never came so I had to call again and they said “oh it looks like the delivery order was never placed.” 3. Would call to pay and would ask how much I wanted to pay when I had a budget plan with a set payment every month 4. Called to schedule a delivery and was told it wouldn’t be delivered for over a week out. Ran out of oil before they delivered and called the after hours line and was told that they could only assist auto fill customers and they would “get t

Their website listed $4.09/gallon the day I placed my order. Price on their website was $4.19 the day of my delivery. I was charged $4.29 If the extra amount was the result of getting less than 150 gallons then I guess that explains why they stopped at 149.1 even though I had requested to fill it. (Gauge shows not full but in all fairness I do not know how accurate it is)

The worst. They treat you like presumed deadbeats telling you every time you call that you have to "pay the driver or you won't get fuel". EVERY other local fuel company has billed us with 10 days to pay (for the discount) and 30 DAYS IF YOU ARE A SENIOR. Their customer service person was beyond rude, would not listen on the phone, speaking over me and telling me what I said was "not true"! SHE IS MOST DEFINITELY WRONG. Ill-informed, nasty people to deal with. Switching in future.

They have great customer service and great hard working deliver personal work long hours to keep us warm
