C.N.A JUNK REMOVAL

Terrible customer service. Called for availability and quote owner stated he was driving and would respond to text within 20-30 mins. Never got a response. Called this morning to follow up and was sent immediately to vm. Guess folks don’t like money. Wouldn’t recommend. Oh and the picture shown is all I had. Surely that wouldn’t take more than 5mins to complete.

I sent a message on Saturday and got a response right away. They scheduled for the next day and got my huge junk pile loaded up and hauled off. I'd definitely use their service again if I need to.

When I called him after 8 PM last night, he said, "I can be at your location tomorrow—just confirm you need the service." Sure enough, he provided an arrival time when my son called this morning and showed up right on time! I didn’t have to follow up—he kept me updated on his status. The items were ready when he arrived, and within 20 minutes, the job was done. Quick, efficient, and professional. He stayed within the quoted range he provided to me last night and it was reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any of your junk removal needs!
