I used them to replace my broken down AC unit. I got 3 estimates but Robby at CNR Air took around an hour on the phone explaining the process to me. I felt like he had the heart of a teacher and not one of a salesman. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend this company. Edit: I had a concern with the new AC many months later and they had someone out within 2 hours for no charge. Ryan was great he explained what was happening and further educated me about the system. I give their follow-up service an A+.

We have used CNR for 13 years. We have been very happy with our equipment installation and our yearly maintenance program. Their service personnel are professional, knowledgable and timely. When we've had an issue their response time was quick and what they have suggested has always worked to our satisfaction. They came to our complex for some of the other buildings. They were not supposed to do anything to our building. They opened up our air conditioner and did something so only the fan worked but it did not cool. My neighbor happened to be home for lunch and watched them open up our air conditioner and assumed we were getting our air conditioner fixed but when they opened up her brand new unit of less than 2 weeks she stopped them and contacted our on site property manager. They were not supposed to be doing anything to our building. They said they confused buildings B and D. Our buildings are plainly marked, We caught up with them while they were still in the complex and they fixed the problem. BUT if no one had seen them we would have had to have a repair done-or worse.
