CNY Electrical

I have been attempting to call this number all week and it is never on, nor does it go to voicemail. I am not sure if he changed numbers or is no longer in business, but it is disappointing because reviews on local electrical inspectors are not the best and he looked extremely promising.

I had a problem with my service wire and National Grid put me on a temporary service that I had to have repaired in days or my power would be cut. I called a number of electricians and all responded that they were too busy to help me. I finally got CNY Electricals phone number and explained my problem with Shawn. He was there within several days and replaced the damaged service cable to give us safe, permanent power back. We also discussed an upgrade and set up a date to have that completed. Shawn was unable to get back on that date and called to apologize and offered an incentive. He was there on the new date we set and completed the upgrade. Shawn was out to our home about 48 hours after the initial phone conversation. He was knowledgeable, efficient and his work was high quality. It was necessary to order additional parts to complete the job. He had his crew out to finish the job the following week. Would recommend. Glad that we contacted CNY Electrical.

After calling probably every electrician in CNY who were all unable to respond to my dangerous emergency situation on short notice, Shawn and his team were able to come to my house immediately and had everything repaired and replaced (full panel replacement) within three hours which was exactly the time he estimated. The final price ended up being half the original quote which made me extremely grateful for his honesty about the work that needed to be done. The job was completed quickly, professionally, and at top quality. Truly grateful for this company that came at the drop of a hat to save my home.

I had a pleasant experience with CNY Electrical. Shawn came highly recommended by a friend. He installed a light/ fan in my sons bedroom ceiling and ran wires to it. Cleaned up after himself, left no mess behind. He made sure I was happy with his work before leaving my house. Will definitely be using him again in the future.
