Coal Creek Septic

The guys from Coal Creek Septic were fantastic. They were very professional and they came when they said they would. They did everything they could to help us get back to being able to use our septic. We had a clog and the septic was full which they pumped out. They were quick to get everything done when they could. We will always call them for any needs that we have in the future.

Reached out on January 2nd with a septic tank that was full and not functioning properly. They worked me in the same day. Sam came out and not only pumped the tank but worked to diagnose the most likely cause. Both of the people I dealt with were friendly, professional and willing to go above and beyond to take care of me. I will be using them exclusively from now on. I can't recommend them enough. Updated ***** After pumping my aerobic system still didn't want to drain when Sam ran a hose to it. My system is not easy to get to and they quoted a a price to come back and investigate and fix what thought may have been a collapsed pipe. I had other company's in the past state the wouldn't work on my system as they couldn't get equipment into my back yard and I had to hand dig a portio

Awesome work. Guys did what they were hired to do. Professional and complete. Did an inspection for the purchase of my home and could not be more happy. Found 'imperfections' needing repairs before I buy and emptied the tank, seller said 'had been emptied' but had not been. Sometimes going 'outside to box' of realtor referrals finds real issues that can cost you big money later.

I do a lot of reviews. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Veteran owned very honest, trustworthy, hard working guys. This company is top notch. From their estimates to showing up on time . Their commitment to making the customer happy. I had a new septic put in. Sam and Isaac dealt with the county and the EPA to get my permits . They got the install done in a few days. Very professional. I also had them do a bunch of excavating and dozer work on my farm. They were there for weeks. We ran into challenge after challenge. They took each challenge with stride overcoming each one with a solution. I highly recommend these guys.
