Which in the heat of the summer it could barely keep the house at 77 degrees and ran nonstop. Just want to say from the start to the end of the project, Coast to Coast was prompt with all their technicians, right down to the office staff the contacted you the night before they arrived. This great experience started with our Lead Product Manager, Hunter Thompson. Hunter measured our enclosed lanai and recommended the correct mini split to cover the area. Since it was my first, I had lots of questions and he was very professional. I asked him to quote a single and dual zone to cover my garage (living in Florida the garage gets very warm) area. His estimate came in within $40.00 and this was due to the electrician’s price. Estimate was accepted on December 19th and our job began on December 23nd. Jeff and Peter showed up promptly and began the install around 8:30. Jeff was new to the company and asked some great questions of me, and Peter the more experienced installer. With this information and Hunter's guidance we selected a new HVAC system. The install was scheduled for just two days later and was completed in a single day. Jensen and Mario (installers) were on-time and quickly began removing the existing system. Once removal was complete, the install began with a rebuild of our inlet box including a new plywood shelf to support the new air-handler.
