I have nothing but praise for these guys. They do a better job than other companies on the coast and their prices are much better. They diagnosed and fixed a problem with my pressure. I thought it was my pump, but they disassembled my pump and found out it wasn't the pump, saving me $$$$$. They discovered there was an old suction line that had been cut off and was sitting in the bottom of my well, blocking the water source. They were able to fish it out. My well is running great. Don't waste time with other places. This is the one and only call you need to make.

We had our nearly 35 year old water pump and tank replaced today by Coast Wells. Our quote was $4300. The installers arrived and noticed that we didn’t need a couple certain things that were figured in with that quote. After the install, they spoke to my wife and explained why we didn’t need these things and why they didn’t go that route. The said and done total was over $800 less than quoted. Could they have installed these unnecessary parts and went with the original quote? Sure. But they didn’t… THAT’S how you treat customers. THAT’S how you stay in business for 60 years. Shop around if you want, but you can’t go wrong here. Mr. Jack - you guys came highly recommended by likeminded people, so I had no doubt about the quality of the product and the service I would get. Thank you.

I sent my boyfriend in to talk to these people about my well because I had other things to deal with. The owner totally dismissed him and picked up the phone to call someone else while he was talking to him about my well. His son tried to help him but his father ( the owner of the business) called him away. After waiting for a good 10 minutes, his daughter tried to see if she could help but was rudely interrupted by her father's (the owner) voice being so loud they couldn't even talk. My boyfriend had been using their services for over 40 years, but I will be looking for someone else. God doesn't like ugly!!

Great work! Coast Water Well gave me a diagnostic over the phone. Arrived with the new tank within the hour working quick & efficient to get us all set. Price was fair. Would recommend.
