Coastal was great to work with! We replaced our old central AC system, after 5 quotes we decided to go with Coastal. They offered the best options and packages! From the initial quote to the finals part of the instal, they were very courteous and professional.

Coastal provided great service. A thermostat which they installed a few months ago lost connection. I called their office in the morning, they showed up around lunchtime and the problem was solved within 30 minutes. Great service. Thank you Coastal.

I got an estimate for a new air conditioner motor. The tech told me if the estimate comes in around $2,000 then I might want to consider getting a whole new unit. The estimate miraculously came in at $2,200. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, coastal told me that they don't do that. I ultimately got my air conditioner fixed with a competitor for $600. Do your research And don't pay their arbitrary costs.
