Coastal Air Plus

I recently had Costal Air Plus install a new TRANE HVAC system.The service techs Tim Rudd (lead tech) and (service tech)Tyler Fiedler did a fantastic job installing our new HVAC system. They arrived on schedule, communicated clearly, and made sure we understood how everything worked before finishing up. Their work was clean, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. You could tell they take pride in what they do. Since the installation, our system has been running smoothly and keeping our space comfortable. I’d definitely recommend Costal Air Plus and request Tim and Tyler for dependable, skilled HVAC installers who deliver great service without any hassle.

I received Complete, thorough, and expert service from Chelsea, who set my appointment, to Karl, who serviced my system.Karls Explanations were unlike the other “ big box companies”.Much more! I am trying not to embellish here, as reviews sometimes do. I actually don’t take a lot of stock in reviews, not knowing if their company generated or original and accurate. Chris Causey came to my house to give me an estimate for a mini split heat pump system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and prepared for any questions that I had. He was very thorough assessing my house and discussed several possibilities for installation with me. Before Chris left he provided me with several different options (which he explained) and quotes for each of them. He followed up with an email with the quotes he reviewed with me. I was very happy with his visit and will discuss my path forward with Chris.

Karl Welch was the technician who came to my home, and I was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Karl's approach to his work is truly respectable. He was knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem with my furnace. He then clearly explained the repair options, patiently discussing the path forward with me. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I am confident in the solution we chose. I highly recommend Karl and Coastal Air Plus for their exceptional service. It's clear they value their customers and are committed to providing top-notch, honest work.

Darren provided excellent service. He performed a very thorough inspection, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the condition of my system. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He also helped by changing a light bulb, which was not part of the service call but was greatly appreciated.
