Coastal Arbor was recommended by my lawn care service, and I'm so glad that I contacted them to trim some very large limbs from an oak tree and prune three crepe myrtles. Things went very smoothly and efficiently, and cleanup was excellent. Every last twig was collected and hauled away. They were prompt and professional. I would be very happy to work with Coastal Arbor again and can't recommend them enough.

Coastal Arbor Care is the most professional, responsive, timely, and high quality tree service I've ever experienced. I received a same day estimate and was scheduled for service the following day! Shem and his team made quick and efficient work, did exactly what I requested, and left my yard looking clean and free of debris.

This company removed an large dead white elm tree at my mother's house and topped off dead branches on a pecan tree. From what I'm told, the work was prompt and the workers were polite. Outside of that, there is a 3% fee for using your debit/credit card that appears on the invoice when it's time to pay as "additional charges..." Something that should have been posted beforehand as a separate charge to expect or rolled in the estimate like most companies do. Especially when you signed off on a specific price only to get a whammy after the fact.

Booked them for a rental. They came a day early without warning and started cutting down my NEIGHBORS tree using my backyard access without permission or rationale. When asked questions about protecting my drain line, promised they would do my trees next and would be extra careful. Result? Finished the neighbors tree… and left, telling my tenants they’d be back tomorrow. Never came back.

Amazing crew came to take down a mammoth oak tree that unfortunately had to be removed. The crew of men were very professional and and worked three full days until there there was no sign of a tree that ever existed. Highly recommended company with very good customer service and hard workers to the end.
