Our experience started with us meeting your representatives at Sun Fest. The young woman we met was extremely helpful and informative. We decided to look into it further, called your office and eventually met Nate. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and honest. After meeting him, we decided not to look any further and signed a contract for our 2 bathrooms. Your office kept us well informed, right up to the installation date. Then we met your technician Josh. He was extremely pleasant and a meticulous installer. He answered all questions and had no problem with us overseeing what he was doing. He went out of his way many times to make sure we were happy with the service. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Coastal Bath to family and friends.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with our new shower from Coastal Bath. They replaced a large garden tub with an amazing walk in shower. They did an outstanding job. Absolutely everyone in the company was so pleasant to deal with. The price was also great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience with Coastal Bath was great from start to finish for our tub to shower conversion. Nate came over and explained the entire process and went through all the options. He was not high pressure at all, which makes the difference. Once someone is high pressure, it shuts me down and I won't buy from you. The installation was great. Josh and Stephen were amazing. They worked straight through, never even taking a break to get the job done. They made sure the house was protected, cleaned up any mess they made, and treated me with respect. I can't recommend this company enough. Even the office staff was great.
