Coastal Carolina Comfort

Came to replace a hvac unit in the rental I’m leaving, their installers made it so the cool was blowing hot air and the heat was blowing cool air. Still doesn’t fix the problem I was having.

Two technicians arrived, the process didn’t take long at all, and the smell was completely gone the same day. I was so impressed that I signed up for their cleaning and maintenance plan on the spot. Breann later reached out to remind me about my follow-up service and helped me schedule everything via text, which was incredibly convenient. I just had my follow-up maintenance visit today, and Mike was amazing. He was friendly, fast, and extremely knowledgeable about my system. I have never been so impressed with a company as I am with Coastal Carolina. The technicians we her on time and worked throughout the day to replace my system and believe me they worked very hard. I had no heat or a/c for several weeks because of a problem. They hit a glitch or two that were remedied immediately. Everything was totally transparent as far as equipment needed to fix the problem, the cost of the estimate and anything else that was needed. I cannot thank you gentlemen enough for everything you did for me and my daughter.
