Would highly recommend using Coastal Carolina Property Inspections. We had called around a few places for a quote and others didn’t want to give us the time of day. When we spoke with Michael, he answered all of our questions and concerns prior to the inspection and was able to do the inspection on a Saturday so we could attend. The report was detailed and provided us pictures of certain areas and he provided us the report the same evening.
