Craig from Coastal Carpet cleaning is amazing!!! He is soo professional & knowledgable & does an incredible job! My carpets look like new!! There was no chemical smell at all, just nice deeply cleaned rugs. I can’t recommend him highly enough! I wish there were 10 stars!! Many thanks to him for his exceptional hard work!

Craig arrived on schedule. I had to take my dog out of the house because he’s an anxious older man! Craig had finished and left when we returned and my carpet and couch look beautiful: the carpet looks so much brighter! I will recommend Craig any time!

We were thrilled with our experience with Coastal Carpets. We were ready to replace our aging stained carpets, but now we plan to keep them since they look so much better. Craig was prompt, speedy, friendly and knowledgeable. We will be using them again!

They came when they said they would so they are reliable, which I greatly appreciated. But I was not there when they did the job. When I came and saw what they did everything looked fine except it didn’t look like the back stairs and hallway had been done. When I called he said “I noticed that too. It was cleaned but the carpet is worn there so it’s how it’s reflecting light”. BS. Do not appreciate being gaslighted. I got an inexpensive Shark carpet cleaner to take care of a stain elsewhere and tried doing the stairs. It became very evident they had not been done and I was given a line. Don’t fall for it!

Highly recommend. Craig did a great job cleaning our area rug. Told us he would be here between 8:00 and 9:00. He sent a text about 7:30 to say he was on his way and showed up at 8:00. I appreciate the great communication and friendly service. Will definitely call him again.
