If you want to lose rentals this summer, this is the company for you. Twice they have not shown up with linens on Saturday as they’re supposed to On one occasion, they never cleaned or brought linens on Saturday and I lost the rental They took two twin bedspreads and a king size bedspreads with the linen and never returned them And when you call to have the problem solved, they say “we’re working on it” But the problem do not get solved. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have 14 rental units and these this company is the absolute worst.

My family uses only coastal cleaning when staying in our family owned condo. This was the first time I had used their services for my own stay. They did an AMAZING job and totally exceeded my expectations! As I age I will use their services exclusively instead of cspending my precious time cleaning I will spend my time sitting in the surf.

Well we must have gotten this girl on an off day because our home was NOT CLEANED AT ALL. She vacuumed and sprayed furniture polish because you can smell it but idk why. The house was completely empty and we were just waiting for it to be cleaned “MOVE IN READY” like advertised to move in to it , but we had to go and buy cleaning supplies and redo what we already paid someone else to do. She was almost 3 hours late due to a family situation and then left early. She said there were 2 girls but according to our RING footage. Only one was there the whole time. Now yes, I should have stayed but I was told trusting employees are all this company has. The house was totally empty and I felt no reason to stay behind. She locked the door as she said she would do, but locked it earlier than expecte

We found this company on line and I could not be happier. Amber and Nolan have gone out of their way to make sure things are perfect with my condo. They are easy to work with and all my guests have told me how clean the condo is. They have reasonable rates and offer linen services with bath towels and beach towels. If you are looking for a good quality cleaning company look no further, Coastal Cleaning is top notch. They take the stress off of me knowing that they are good at what they do.
