Coastal Cottages of South Carolina

Planned a renovation project with John for several months. When we were ready to move forward with contracting he never called us back. Complete waste of our time as well as all of his subs time to come out and bid the job.

This company is absolutely awful. They handled the full renovation of our house before we moved in and couldn’t be more disappointed in the quality of work John Dezinna and his contractors did. Everything from paint, electrical, plumbing, general construction to the floors have had issues. I recently found a one gallon jug hidden behind a new wall next to the fireplace they had covered. The jug was full to the top with water. I guess instead of fixing the area where the water came in the idea was to leave an open jug to catch the rain water. Finally realized the problem after the jug began to overflow and seep through the walls causing additional damage. I wish I could comment on John’s moral and ethical points but Ill leave that one to your imagination. Very disappointed and I would not t
