I miss dialed and reached a propane competitor. After a few minutes we discovered I had dialed wrong The representative asked what I paid per unit of propane. It was $1.10 LESS than what I was paying. The only reason I needed to call was because Coastal only filled one (1) of our three (3) tanks for the start of the winter. Last year we actually ran out for 3 days. I’m aware that the representative I spoke with is not the issue, but she should be more personable. Happy with Acadia Fuel.
Coastal Energy has been unresponsive to our complaints regarding substantial overcharging this past winter for propane. I have no choice but to post a terrible review, with many more coming if this situation continues. We thought we could trust a small, local company but obviously we were wrong. This company is not to be trusted.
Really worked with me to solve my plumbing issues. The office personnel are exceptional. Erin always finds a wsy!
