Coastal Floors

We used coastal floors for out LVP and carpet needs when purchasing our home and I can't say enough good things about them. The closing was on a tight timeline and our floors had to be completed as a condition to close, yet coastal floors made it happen. They offered a beautiful selection of LVP options and assessed my needs thoroughly, even working with me between my two jobs to fit in a consultation. They expertly maneuvered each obstacle and delivered a beautiful product that we are so proud of. The carpets were also nicely installed and went in quickly as well. Each person we came in contact with from this company was respectful, helpful, hard working and left us with admiration for a job well done. We will absolutely be using them for our bathroom floors next. I highly recommend them

We recently purchased a new home and the carpet was urine & pet ridden. The smell walking into the home was horrific. The previous owners had 2 cats and 2 big dogs that it seemed they never let out to use the restroom. The carpets smelled aweful, the urine stains were set in pretty bad and on top of that it just looked very old and worn out. We went into the local location and met Ashley, one of the owners. She was very friendly and even let us take a few samples home to see what we liked better. We then contacted the other owner, Ashley's husband and he was also very nice. We have had carpets in our house for many years and it was time to make a change. We elected to go with luxury vinyl flooring and found Coastal Flooring via recommendations on Nextdoor. Even though they are in Kingsland they were happy to come down to Amelia Island to do the work. Tracy came out and gave us a quote and installation time that worked for us. Their crew showed up on time for the installation. In fact they came out the day before to do a lot of prep work (e.g., remove the old carpet and move furniture around, which helped facilitate the work to be done). The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. They had 4 guys there and each one had a different job, which again helped move things along.
