Just redid kitchen counter and island countertops with 3 cm quartz. Awesome experience with Coastal Granite & Marble and working with Melinda throughout the project. Stopped by the office to get the ball rolling and Melinda helped us immensely just to get started. After selecting the quartz we liked, their team led by Omar came over to our home to exactly measure our counters and made some amazing templates to exactly capture our not quite straight sides and our few oddball corner. Omar was a wealth of knowledge discussing even the small details like corner radii to ensure the new counter would be perfect. What started off as a pleasant and efficient process turned into an absolute mess. Scheduled as the second job on Friday and was told they would be at my home at 11 they did not show up until 1:30 to install a vanity top only to find that the measurement was incorrect by 3/4 of an inch. Installed only one piece and did not properly ensure corner support resulting in a lift of the top. In addition, they damaged the wall and chipped/broke the corner of the mirror and no one offered to fix it. When I showed them they chipped the cabinets the reply was, you should have a touch up paint kit. They came back on Monday to install the corrected second piece and backsplash. They never measured the reveal to ensure proper and square install, used a grinder on the backsplash resulting in a wavy sur

I reached out to Coastal Granite & Marble based on a family recommendation... 0 regrets. We recently bought a house and immediately started renovating the kitchen. We had a bid from an independent fabricator... But had reservations about the actual bid amount. I popped over to Coastal for a 2nd bid option and Cindy was a dream from start to finish. The original granite I picked out did not have enough slabs to cover the Sq. footage of our C-Tops. Cindy called several suppliers and sent photos within no time. Not only did she find a more ideal color way, there was no delay to install and no change in price. Installers were amazing. They were quick, efficient, professional and kind. Appreciate this team and highly recommend!
