Coastal Home Remodeling

They recently installed new Soffits at an Airbnb on the beach. They left nails and pieces of aluminum everywhere. I spent about an hour picking up their trash. Super unprofessional, especially at a place that’s rented where tourist are staying. They might do a good job when you’re babysitting them but that’s just unprofessional.

Another update: now almost 7 months on the project. Still not done. Half-a$$ed hardi board fascia is up (no finishing trim done or caulking/sealing done), and started the gutters on a Monday. Worked 2 days and disappeared for 2. Can’t express any more emphatically how slow and unprofessional this company is. Update: Almost starting the 6th month on the job and it is still not complete in our condo community. Our soffits are up, but all the trimming that needs to be done is still not started, yet they pulled all the gutters off the building 2 weeks ago or more so they can replace facia. During this entire process, except for the first week on site, there has been 1 guy doing the work with the occasional 2nd guy here every now and then. We hired this company to replace the wooden sidings with vinyl ones on our townhome. They were supposed to replace old wood with new one where needed. Since our home is joined with another, they were supposed to do our side completely. They never replaced the wood which caused leaks and damage. We had to hire a third company to do it because he stopped responding to calls. Kenneth, the owner, did not supervise the work that his workers did. After he got the deposit, it took him forever to even start the work. He always had various excuses. His car broke down, one of his workers ended up in a hospital, he had a family emergency...then he apparently got sick you name it, he used it. Had soffit damage after Nicole. I called Ken the day after the hurricane and he came evaluated and I had someone there repairing that afternoon. Josh was so polite and worked diligently until job was done. He cleaned up and he notified me he was done. We did a walk through, he explained what he did. I highly recommend this Licensed and insured company if you need any repairs

Had soffit and gutter work done by Coastal Home Remodelin. Ken was very fast in giving a quote. He was able to schedule a crew to to the work within 2 days. The work was done quickly and professionally. They left no mess in my yard. I would definitely hire this company again.
