Our a/c unit quit blowing cold air, on a 98* temps, close to the end of business hours on a Friday, (of course); however, my call was answered and immediately a tech was sent out. The lady office manager was so kind and informative, and the tech, Dale, was absolutely the kindest repairman I have ever encountered. This speaks greatly to the mission statement & mindset of their business. The display of care, compassion and professionalism during these stressful times is so very valuable & appreciated!

Wow can’t say enough Called this am at 815. Received a callback within 15 minutes . Tech was here at 1045. Found the problem and we have nice cool air conditioning My husband and I are very satisfied with this service and response We will be using them for future services Donna Wooten

Being a new beach house owner and from out of state, I didn't know who to call for emergency HVAC repair. A local friend referred me to Coastal Mechanical. He said to ask for Norma Jean. Norma Jean was wonderful! Friendly and courteous. She dispatched a technician right away. She said it might be afternoon before someone was able to get out to the house, less than an hour later, a very nice young man showed up. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a capacitor and our AC was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I can't say enough nice things about everyone we dealt with. Thank you Coastal Mechanical - Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service, their quality of work is top notch and they came out quick and fixed my problem on site the same day they were here. I would definately recommend and will use again if we have another heating or air conditioning issue!

Came out to check our system and identified the issue and since it was under warranty referred us to call the company that did it. They did not even charge us a service call. I would refer them to anyone!
