SCAM. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE. Do not believe this company. Sales boy Cody scams with high pressure sales tactics and does not care to be honest. Takes advantage of a widow who just lost her husband. Absolutely terrible. Transferred me to "management" and it was simply a customer service girl Rachael who said I am not management, I am customer service. Quote went from around 5000 to almost 16000 and of course, it is outside cancelation windows when this info is finally told. The worst company I have seen so far. I will take down this review if anything gets resolved but I doubt it will. Down payment of 3000 is non refundable, understandably, but wow, no honesty here. Save yourself.

Seriously the absolute headache of this company! They contracted out to M&R moving, who then hired people off Craigslist! They tried to blackmail us with our stuff, asking for more money for weighing, when it was in our contract. Oh, they also said they have 21 days to deliver your shit after the delivery date. To top it all off, some our our stuff is broken, missing, or now has mold. But to make a complaint they want you to hire another company of theirs.

When you call you are dealing with a smooth talking agent that under quotes the final cost of the move. When they show up they are increasing quote and size of the truck since they charge by the cubic foot. Not impressed with the service at all. Slow and not skilled packers in loading the truck. Call someone else if you have to move and save yourself the extra hidden charges.

WE LOVED MARCUS!!! Our movers from another company fell through last minute, so we called Coastal Movers the morning of our move date. Marcus responded to us immediately and showed up only a few hours later despite having another job that day! He was extremely helpful, professional, flexible, and kind. If we need help moving again in the Mobile area, we’re going to personally request Marcus. Highly recommend.

I hired Coastal Movers to move a huge, heavy office desk. Fredrick and his crew moved my furniture without a single scratch. Took care of it like his own. I would highly recommend and will hire again!
