So impressed with their service! They had installed our door last year. We got a new router and the connection was lost with the app. I followed the directions in the app to reset it. Obviously I did it wrong. And none of the remotes or the wall remote would open the door. I called in a panic. He knew EXACTLY what I did wrong. He was able to help me over the phone. The app works and all of my remotes are back to normal. I can’t thank him enough!

Sunday morning, trying to leave for church, my garage door would only open a foot. Coastal had fixed my door before ( a different issue), so I called Dwayne again. Bottom line...he came up with the fix within minutes, saved me money, and I was only 10 minutes late for church! Hands down a truly honest man, who cares about his customers. Many thanks.

Coastal installed my garage door several years ago. I found an old garage door opener cleaning out a drawer and decided I would use it as a spare. I got a battery for it and when I tried to program it I screwed up both of my cars openers and the outside key pad. I knew if my wife came home and discovered her car opener didn't work I was in deep trouble. In desperation I called Coastal and the gentleman I told my sad story to talked me through re-programing two cars, a key pad and the old opener I had found. What he did was the definition of customer service. If I ever have a problem with my garage door or the garage door opener you can bet I'm calling Coastal Overhead door and Construction INC.
