Coastal Platinum Ventures

We had Coastal Platinum Ventures come out and access the damage that hurricane Florence had caused . Our flooring was distroyed and we did know where to start . Called Sean and he came with a professional attitude, gave us a great price and beautiful floors.

I do NOT recommend this company for any work. We paid them to install wood over our doors when the last hurricane came and for removal of the wood after the storm passed. I contacted them three times and was told the wood would be removed. We just got back to our home and the wood was not removed. This company did not do what they told me they would do and now I’m removing the wood myself at 7pm in the dark. We can’t get our dogs inside from the yard because the wood covers the doors. If you want a company that does what they say they will do please use someone else.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Sean was able to explain everything and was very patient with my questions and request ! I would recommend him 10/10 times and will be using his business again !
