From my first message to Coastal through the completion of the work, every step was handled with professionalism, skill, and genuine care. Rodney and Elue were especially impressive in the way they respected my home and took the time to understand my concerns. I asked if my floors could be preserved and they approached the job with thoughtful problem solving to make that possible. Their attention to detail made a tremendous difference. I am also grateful to Howard for developing a solution for the kitchen and to each team member who contributed along the way. Everything was great, the scheduler, techs, and making payment. I received an estimate almost immediately. Scheduling was done at my earliest convenience. The techs were on time, efficient workers, and extremely polite. I was able to use Apple Pay to make payment very easy and safe. I highly recommend them with absolutely no reservations!
