They said they would come out to give me quotes at 3 of the houses in Panama City Beach. No one ever showed up. When I called to inquire, they said they had not been out to the properties. Did not get back to me on a quote.

I was hardly taken aback when I noticed a white Toyota Forerunner trailing behind me, sporting bumper damage. The driver was so alarmingly close that he could have easily discerned the radio station I was tuned into. It's perpetually astonishing to me that someone with their business name emblazoned on their vehicle would drive so recklessly. Needless to say, I will not be engaging this company to service my pools. Should I discover that this company is in any way affiliated with my businesses or pools, I will promptly instruct my attorney to terminate any contracts or services. It is crucial to remember that if you cannot trust them to drive responsibly in a company vehicle, how can you trust them to provide a professional service? In my profession, I know the only reviews received are the negative ones so I wanted to tell you about the excellent customer service I receive from Coastal Pool Concepts. Brent McClendon cleans my pool on a weekly basis. He is so nice and polite, and always greets me with a smile. He goes out of his way to ensure I know what is going on with my pool and tells me in advance if he has to use chemicals not included in my contract. If he isn't able to clean the pool on the scheduled day, he will call me and make other arrangements to clean it another day. I can't say enough how much this impresses me about his character and dedication to his job. This is a rarity and I hope his company realizes they have a gem with Brent.

It’s bad when a company is recommended to you but they fail to meet any expectation that I would have had. I have been trying for months to have someone come remove my old broken pool heater. The first time I called I was told they would have to check and call me back. Well I never received a callback. A month or two later I reached out again and was told they could remove the heater and they would put me on the schedule for someone to come out in 1-2 weeks. Well 3 weeks went by without any word or personnel coming by the house. I called back and was told that my information was not in the system but that she would add me and that they should be out the following week. Well guess what, another 2-3 weeks has come and gone and my pool heater is still not removed, I have still not received an
