I can’t say enough about how incredible this company has been. From sales to competition everyone worked together to not only get the job done but to keep us informed every step of the way. Each faze of the job went smoothly and was done professionally. Each one of the crew members worked hard and it was amazing to watch how well they performed their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Pools for any type of pool job, whether a new pool or maintenance of an existing pool.

Coastal Pools was amazing from the sales team to the construction of the pool. We had no issues with the process, and the team was always available to answer any questions. I was truly amazed how professional all the different construction teams were and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Coastal Pools to anyone interested.

This has been a very nice experience using Coastal Pools for our new pool. From the very beginning of laying out the pool and obtaining permits, to the detailed project coordinator and manager. Every crew that came to the house was very professional, took care of the property, and was extremely detailed in their work. We were well notified for each event and notified through a wonderful online application for every step of the way. I want to give a shout out to the project manager Russell Fisher for his over and above work and attentiveness to detail. He was great to all of our questions and needs for this effort. We hired Coastal Pools to do a complete renovation of our vinyl pool....new liner, new steps, new coping, new filter, saltwater conversion, and new robotic cleaner. They were the only company that responded in a timely manner to my original request for an estimate. They have an online dashboard that keeps you updated on every aspect of the job, and enables communication along the way which was great. I give them my highest recommendation. What a great experience from start to finish. John and Mike built us a gorgeous, high quality in-ground pool the whole family is raving about. Our property posed some complex challenges—tight constraints for drainage and conservation land— but John was able to create the perfect design that met all our requirements. His guidance on material selections was just what we needed, and the end result blends beautifully, tastefully with our surroundings.
