Coastal Pools installed our pool and recently replaced the liner, and I have to say, what a well-oiled machine they are! Coley, John, Terry, and the entire team are doing incredible work, one pool at a time. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and smooth execution made the whole process a breeze. I I called towards the end of May and made an appointment. I was told June 9th they would be here. No one came, I was told june 10th, no one came. I was then told june 11th, still no one showed up or called to let me know. I still haven't been contacted by anyone. Very unprofessional.
