I cannot give enough stars to Coastal Property Restoration team of professionals. I've contacted many restoration/ mold remediation companies for our home and most were outrageously priced and did not communicate what the scope of work would be. Edward and his team came in, removed the damaged rotting sub-floor, remediated the mold and installed a new sub-floor. They made it a smooth hassle free process and documented every step. Thank you!
