They did a wonderful job on my roof. I called for a free estimate and Tom showed up on time and was able to answer any questions. I had a roof by the next week. The crew was fantastic and kept my backyard clean for all of my critters. They are seriously a great company, I will call them again for other outdoor projects in the future.

Coastal Roofing did an amazing job on our roof replacement! I found a patch of mold on our pantry ceiling and after figuring out it was likely from a roof leak I had 4 companies come out to give estimates. Tom was the first one to come out and educated me on things about roofing that everyone I met with after was impressed I knew. Tom was the only roofer we met with, everyone else was a sales person. He went up in the attic to inspect the mold issue and thankfully it was not as bad as I assumed. He went over the quote and was transparent about what would possibly cause the price to go up once the roof was off but already figured in waste cost so that wouldn’t be a factor to increase the price. We were already planning on replacing the roof next year so it just came up earlier than expected

These guys did hand rails for the homeowner of the house we were buying and charged the guy $1,550 for less than 50 feet of hand rail, or about $31 a linear foot. Got a similar quote for metal hand rails. They didn’t paint the rail, which is in the contract, and the rails look like something a kid who didn’t care about his grade would do in a high school wood shop class. We’ve (my wife and myself) called several times they haven’t painted or fixed any of the stuff they messed up. It took him seeing this review to even call me back and just wanted to fuss about the bad review instead of fixing or even finishing what they were contracted to do (over 2 months ago). Tore up a CAT 5 cable in pics, tore up siding in pics, and gaps in pics. Very disappointed.
