This is the second time that we have used Coastal Septic Solutions to pump out our tank, and they do a great job and have AWESOME customer service! Our first point of contact was with Tracy, and she was very transparent about what could be happening and what the cost could be. Our second point of contact was with the field guys, Josh and Sam. They came out same day, and they were very knowledgeable. We relocated here from the Charlotte area, and we knew nothing about septic tanks, but we received a great lesson on how they work. They didn't rush us and answered all the questions that we had. They are a company with integrity and will not do anything that is not necessary. We are so thankful for the great customer service we received! We will definitely continue to use them.

Josh and Sam came out and took great care to explain what was going on with my system and what needed to be done. They were both very professional and informative . And although I was there last stop of the day and a storm was coming at No point did they try to rush me. They took their time and got the job done. I’m a very satisfied customer and feel comfortable using them in the future and giving this company referrals.

Awesome experience! I've never dealt with anything like this and it has been stressful to say the least! From the very first phone call my stress was eased. After helping me to decide an "emergency call" wasn't necessary (even tho they could've gotten extra $ for that) we scheduled an appointment. The driver/operator (Jonathan) arrived promptly and professionally. He immediately located the tank that we hadn't been able to find in an hour of looking. He chopped roots and dug down with no complaints. All the while talking down my nerves over the 38 year stretch it had been since it was put in.
