My mom gave Jacob Rhodes a $2000 deposit to dig a well. He cashed the check and never came back. When my mom told him she wanted to cancel, he said he’d send a refund. It’s been almost two years and she still hasn’t received it. My mom is a widow who is over 70 years old and it really upsets me that he would do this to her.

These guy are fantastic. Excellent work ethics and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely count on them for any tree and clean up service needed in the future.

Scammers for sure! Broke into my house to shut the electrical off so he could dig the well up a week after he put it in. I have in writing our payment agreement and a voicemail. Three days later he literally went and pulled it out of the ground after sitting on a check for 600$ for a week. Doesn’t seem to have a secretary to handle his business. Bragged about breaking into my house and how he knew the sheriff. It was the same previously when my contractor hired him to fix something around 600$. Never got a bill had to call around to see who I owed it to….. seems like maybe he got desperate for money ? And wanted to bully people into making extra payments IDK but I’ve heard many horror stories like mine after the fact. Don’t use this guy!

These guys are amazing and down to earth. There's no over selling of anything or trying to take advantage of those not so familiar with well systems. I called about my well leaking and they sent someone out the same day. They immediately found the problem and fixed it on the spot. I asked questions and they were very friendly and more than willing to explain my well to me. Thanks you guys! I will definitely be calling again for any future needs.

The owner of Coastal Well gave us an estimate of $12,000 for a 4” well with a 5 HP pump. After we paid him, he told us we had to pay another $4,000 because he needed to go deeper. We paid him again. The well pump burnt up in less than 6 months, and Coastal Well refused to replace it or give us our warranty paperwork. They came out several times and the only suggestion was to spend another $20,000 and let them put in irrigation, which we refused. Jay promised to refund us for the second pump we purchased, and I’m still waiting. It’s been 5 years. Every time I call Jay gives me a new promised, and never comes through. These people are scammers!! Would NOT recommend.
