Coastal Windows and Doors

Beyond satisfaction! I am pleased to share my recent experience with Coastal Windows who are extremely professional, caring, honest, courteous, timely and responsible. A little over a year ago I replaced 4 floor to ceiling bedroom doors (installed by a contractor). This past December, after a severe rainfall I noticed water was coming into the floor below. I contacted Coastal who supplied the doors and to my relief they offered to replace all 4, including an upgrade to sliding doors at no cost to me. New installation was completed as promised. In net, if you appreciate good quality people who stand behind their work, never give you a hard time Coastal is the place to go. I recommend them wholeheartedly, without any reservation. I needed to have the rollers replaced on my sliders & Googled it. Their name came up, had good reviews so Michelle & Dennis came to fix them. It was very interesting to watch, nothing how I imagined the rollers would be replaced. Michelle brought in a vacuum to clean the tracks, etc. There sure is a lot to do to get sliders lined up properly. Dennis was meticulous & checked all the locks & movement. So easy to open now. Great job.

we just had our entire store front replaced with impact frames and windows at Joeys HOME bakery in Boynton Beach florida. The workmanship and installation was a 10 star.. not a five star.. thank you Scott for a job well done better than expected
