I called Doors & more about my garage doors. They came to out to my house to look at my garage door an tell me what’s was the problem. But never got a call back for an estimate or for them to come back out to fix the door or anything. So I’m just sitting here with an broken garage door . An I know we are going through a crisis right now. But what was the point of coming out to my house during this crisis to tell me what was the problem with the garage door but to never call or come back out to fix the problem. So unprofessional!!!!! Oh an I’m looking at some reviews an most say that Doors an more never answer the phone. So true!!!

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve been trying to get my garage door looked at since March 7th in which no one ever came out. Finally reached someone on March 19th and someone was supposed to come out the next day. I specifically stated no one would be home until after 4:30. When I received a call from Andy, I stated that my husband didn’t get off until 4:30, I was told I needed to reschedule and he hung up the phone in my face. I’ve never been treated so rudely before in my life.

This is the second time in my life I have used Doors and More. Both experiences were very easy, they had great communication, and my problems were solved quickly and efficiently. They are a stellar group to work with and I am happy they are so close by and locally owned and operated. Blake is the gentleman that came to my home and he took care of business. Very pleased with the job that was done. The guy who came out was very professional and arrived on time. He changed a spring on my garage door that had snapped in two. He did the job in about 30 minutes and even tuned up my opener and tightened the chain. Very reasonable and came the same day I called. Would give 10 stars if I could. Don't hesitate call them for your needs.
