She called Cobb Family Heating and Cooling, and from the very first interaction, they were responsive, communicative, and incredibly supportive. They came out promptly for a service call, attempted a repair, and worked to order the necessary part. Throughout the process, they stayed in touch — even over the weekend — which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
