A monstrosity. Another hastily built disaster of overpriced, high density housing that was fought tooth and nail by the local community. Having no congruence with the surrounding established neighborhoods, no regard for what is best for East Cobb or for the already overcrowded infrastructure, roadways, and schools, this is just a developers scheme to cash in on what should have been left as one of the few remaining non-overdeveloped areas that are left. To purchase here is to be duped, and to be part of the problem.

Great new community by Ashton Woods. All schools are 10/10 and close to GA400 and I285. Walking distance to restaurants, library, gym, etc.
