I would give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Before meeting Roman I tried to make appointments with two other excavation companies who missed appointments, did not return calls and overall gave me a frustrating run around. All that changed when I first called Roman, I left a message and had a call back within the hour. After that communication with Roman fast and effective, priced were fair and the quality of work turned out better than I could have hoped for. A+ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We hired Coblentz Builders to build our new 2 car garage and to install a new metal roof. I've never witnessed a harder working crew. These guys, including the concrete crew, worked like a machine. Roman, Harvey and the crew are very courteous, respectful, diligent, kind and hard working individuals. They do top notch, quality work and took care of everything and tweaked anything that was needed. Kudos also to Bob, their salesman, for taking care of paperwork and the materials needed to get the project completed. I would recommend these guys to anyone and would hire them again for a future build. I am a retired Air Force military veteran and am very appreciative of their respect and support for our military and for their love of country. Thank you again for our new garage and roof. God Bl

I have brand new 13,000 dollar garage with a crack in the siding and i can see the sunshine shining in! they said it could not be fixed but that they would seal it and refund 100.00 dollars and surprise they did neither of those!!! it could be fixed if they really cared about the quality of the work and not the quantity!!!!!!!! i feel i was taking advantage of. then they failed to mention that they have cut half way through a MAIN support beam!!!! So lets see what happens first water damage or a collapse!!!

Coblentz gave a fair price, showed up when they said they would, quickly built my 32x30 garage and everything looks beautiful. Would recommend them to anyone. A++
