I’d be careful doing business with these guys… better off ordering parts online. workers are eating anytime I’ve been in the store and continue to while assisting you. Between 3 employees Ive stood waiting multiple times with no one in front of me in line. I was also denied for a return on an untouched part… Guys seemed to go out of their way to find a reason to get out of returns. Proceed with caution!

Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Needed a clothes dryer part and they had it. Check with them for your large appliance parts needs. Good advice is helpful. Did I mention the fresh popcorn? 🍿 I definitely recommend them. They will be getting more of my business in the near future for my washer parts needs.

Ordered part cost 50.00, went to pick up. Told them did not need. They stated special order would have to pay restocking fee. I said no problem. They charged me 30.00 for restocking fee on a 50.00 part. I think this is price gouging...no way to run a company.......
