Coburn's of Shreveport

I gave them a call to see if they had the water heater I needed for my home. They were able to give me an answer in less than 5 minutes. I arrived at their business and they helped load up the water heater into my SUV. The transaction was efficient and the staff were very friendly. The price I paid was negligible compared to big box store pricing and the quantity of the item is much higher. The extra time they take to explain the warranty and what you need to do to keep the warranty valid is great. I don’t feel you will get this level of service in a big box store. I will definitely reach out to Coburn’s in the future if I have any additional plumbing needs!

No one else in town had one today, one quick call to Seth who knew what I needed and said they had my very small part. Drove there, walked right in, Seth immediately knew I was the one who called earlier, pulled it off the pegboard behind him without me saying another word, and rang me up. Could not ask for better service!

I go into this location and deal with these guys on a daily basis. Super nice people. They typically have whatever I need or I'm looking for and if they don't they can usually get it for me pretty quick. Great place to do business with.
